Outside warranty coverage: Unauthorised intervention, incorrect use, modification outside the factory and damage caused by natural disasters are outside warranty coverage.

Yes. For orders within Türkiye our technical team carries out installation, commissioning and operator training directly on site.

For projects abroad, remote installation support, a detailed installation manual and, on request, guidance from technical personnel are provided. The scope and charges for these services are stated in the project quotation.

Uluc Maksan keeps all spare parts for the machines it produces in stock. The requested part is shipped directly from our production facility in Adapazari.

For service requests within Türkiye the technical team comes to site; for our customers abroad remote technical support and, where necessary, parts shipment are provided.

In the standard process we work with a production advance payment and the balance before shipment. For projects abroad flexibility is provided with alternative structures such as letters of credit and bank guarantees.

Taking order volume, delivery time and customer profile into account, terms are clarified through mutual discussion before the quotation.

Yes. During commissioning we train your production team in the use of the machine, daily maintenance routines, disassembly/cleaning procedures and basic troubleshooting .

Training is delivered through theory together with hands-on practice on site; your operators are given a user manual in Turkish and English.
